About
Founded in 1964 in Tel Aviv with Martha Graham's support, Batsheva became one of the world's most acclaimed contemporary dance ensembles under Ohad Naharin's long artistic leadership. Naharin developed the Gaga movement language, and intense physicality and theatrical power define the company's style. International touring brings Israeli contemporary dance to global audiences.
