Biography

Ella Newton Severgnini is a British Coryphée of The Royal Ballet, promoted to First Artist in 2025. She trained from the age of three at SJ Academy of Dance in Winchester and joined the Royal Ballet Junior Associates at nine, progressing through White Lodge and the Upper School. She joined the company in 2022.

A dancer of exceptional musicality — recognised with the Valerie Adams Award and the Ashton Award at graduation — she made notable company debuts as Alice in Alice's Adventures in Wonderland in 2024 and as Tita in Like Water for Chocolate in 2025.
