Biography

Matthew Ball trained at The Royal Ballet School and joined The Royal Ballet in 2013, rising through the ranks to Principal in 2018. He is celebrated for his lyrical artistry and has performed lead roles including Romeo, Prince Siegfried, Albrecht, and Crown Prince Rudolf in Mayerling. In 2024 he received his first choreographic commission from New English Ballet Theatre.
